I signed up for Henry Harvin’s French language course after reading all the glowing reviews and seeing their fancy website. Unfortunately, I was quickly disappointed. The course content was basic at best, and the instructors didn’t seem to have any real teaching experience. The entire program felt like a money grab. They advertise that you'll be fluent in French by the end, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. I still struggled to hold even the simplest conversations in French after completing the course. Additionally, when I tried to get a refund or at least an explanation, they ignored me completely. Their customer service is almost nonexistent. This company is all about profits, not about delivering value to their students. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your language learning needs.

I’ve never been so disappointed with a training provider. I took the Google Analytics Certification course from Henry Harvin hoping to enhance my career prospects, but it was all a lie. The course is filled with irrelevant and outdated material, and the instructors are clearly unqualified to teach. They just read off slides and barely interact with the students. The most frustrating part was the customer service. When I had questions or needed support, I was met with either no response or vague answers that didn’t solve anything. I tried requesting a refund, but I was told that was not possible. The entire company is dishonest. Their marketing is all a ploy to lure in unsuspecting people, and once they have your money, they don’t care about you. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Henry Harvin.
