I signed up for job helpers based on reviews. I sent my resume and the review returned another resume that looked to me like AI was used to rewrite my same bullets. I have not met with the reviewer in about two months. I do not recommend Job Helpers. There are other more responsive companies offering a similar service and will deliver much faster. This has been a waste of money for me.
Unfortunately, when I expressed my disappointment with my experience as others have rather than just sending me an email to try and resolve my issue Job Helpers responds here with how the issue is really my fault. I disagree and believe a company should respect their customers and try to resolve the issue. I would have been happy to update my post if I received a customer friendly response with a valid attempt to resolve my concerns.

"Initially skeptical but worth it!"

I was skeptical at first because there are fraudsters out there, and yes, Chui, who sounded like he really knew his business well, handed me off to another person (Steve). However, Steve was a great help, his team did an excellent job on my resume and Steve was available to discuss the edits I wanted after the first draft. I wasn't getting any results to speak of with my pre-covid resume; things have really changed and when employers put it thru their ATS, I guess it was dropping out. After working with Steve, initially I got lots of looks and messages from foreign-sounding recruiters, but after 2-3 weeks I started getting very viable messages and requests for actual pre-screens and interviews with jobs meeting my qualifications. I'm so busy now (not hired yet) that I'm concerned about overlapping on my calendar! I'm holding out for what I really want. I gave 4 stars only because it's a bit expensive when one is out of work, to pay the fee, but I believe it will be worth it based on the current activity! Anyway that part is up to the individual, but JobHelpers definitely has helped me get in the doors--Thanks Steve!

"Save your time and money don't let them fool you."

This company is nothing more than a scam. They have offshore team who does most of the actual work. Their standard is very low they just take your resume and turn the words around not making much improvement. After making all the resume changes I would not get any interviews for months and asking them to revamp it again would just cause more delay tactics. Shortcuts and long promises do not waste your money here.
