"I bought two TCA Peels 7% and 13%"
I bought two TCA Peels 7% and 13%, and it was not good. I used Fade Bright over two weeks, and did on pass and waited 5 minutes and did second pass. I hardly saw any signs of the white flakes they speak of. My face was really bad. I asked for refund and send products back and received return authorized in order for them to come back and say no refund. I bought at least 7 vials and only one was open. this product don't work. I still have not had customer service provided. They have the peels all are not open except one, but they kept them. They will not tell me the real business name. I looked up Platinum Skin Care on Secretary of State Website but nothing was found. I am not sure who is the Agent to write too.

I HIGHLY recommend Platinum Skincare. I have been purchasing from their website for nearly a decade and have never once received a product that was not beyond my expectations. I have read others reviews where the person rated PSC less than 5 stars and want to point out that EVERY SINGLE review under 5 stars in my opinion seem unfair or unwarranted. The lower rated reviews all either say wonderful things but yet still have a low rating, or the real issue taking place was not PSC's fault at all and was the shippers error or more frequently the customers error and they took it out on Platinum. Anyone seeing this please read all reviews fully before creating an opinion.
Platinum is different for one very essential aspect that sets this company far apart from all their competitors. In my opinion this one feature they offer is not only not available with other retailers but it truly landslides Platinum far past any other company and needs to be mentioned. What sets them apart from everyone else that they provide (and entirely free of cost!!)...KNOWLEDGE. Knowledge is priceless and absolutely essential when it comes to these types of products. Everyone who has never delved into this side of skincare needs to jump on the Platinum page and watch Jen's videos, she is amazing. Every detail is clearly explained, no questions are left unanswered and it is all so easy to understand. Knowing the details for face peels is absolutely essential prior to diving in. This company is providing every bit of info available to us entirely free, anyone doing facial peels that isn't taking full advantage of this wealth of knowledge platinum provides to us is crazy. Every bit of info is spot on accurate and is EXCEPTIONALLY thorough. We all need to remember that it really is true when people say "you get what you pay for." So as much as we can complain that their prices went up we need to realize that they are getting hit with rising prices and I am sure it costs them more year over year to manufacture and/or source their products. It is basic economics. It is just life. Platinum is not comparable to say P&G who are flat out greedy and price gouge because they can. Platinum is not greedy, they have a business to run and offer a free service that you could go to a dermatologist and pay $200 an hour just to hear what Platinum teaches you for free. Their prices are actually very reasonable considering the product you receive is truly of Platinum grade quality. I could go on all day about this business, and I am not an affiliate of any kind, just a real customer. This business offers an exceptional experience, an endless wealth of skincare knowledge and the best quality products on the market. I would not recommend you look any farther. This is the business to purchase from through and through. Rant over :)

"Just so pleased"
Just so pleased. I'm still in the middle of a peel right now, I was a bit naughty and I did two passes instead of one on my very first peel, (14%), it's still peeling, but the skin underneath looks so fresh and lovely and the process itself was SO easy. The little boxes are so cute, the delivery perfect, the instructions and tutorials fab. What could I possibly fault? Really, really pleased. From Emily in Manchester, England
Update: the skin has peeled now and just... stunned. I had noticeable texturing and marks prior my peel (I am close to 30) and both these things are significantly reduced. This is after ONE PEEL. My makeup usually always looks like it's been plastered ontop of a rough canvas - now looks smooth as butter. Honestly how is this not more commonly done in the UK - women need to be aware! GAMECHANGER.
Excited to do another one month from now and when I do I'll send some photos of before/after through the email on your website. Such a needed boost in my confidence. I used to feel pretty but have felt ugly and rubbish for a while and this has honestly given me some confidence back.
I know this sounds like such over-hype but I'm someone who finds fault with most things and so to find something I love gets me pretty excited.

I stand by this company, their products are the only ones to really help my skin! I’m a darkskin girl who had a lot of pimply scarring/ hyperpigmentation which cleared right up after using their products and minimal purging. Delivery is super quick to australia and the facebook page is amazing to use when asking for advice. They also have heaps on information on their website and youtube which is easing

I am writing this review because of the outrageous attitude of Platinum Skin Care towards me, their customer.
As I have no news of my order since Septembre 12 and that no one replied to my last questions sent to their "support group", I wrote a post on Facebook "Platinum Skin Care Gurus" (which is there to help customers...). Very, very bad idea. I instantly was treated like trash by a bunch of females. To resume, they attack people who are asking about their orders. The last e-mail from them (the one they showed to everybody on Facebook) was received on 2nd November. No more news after that. They said loud and clear that my order was still in my country and how stupid I was not to know it. But this morning they tell me that actually my order came back to America 3 weeks ago ????? Before telling people they are liars in public, perhaps they should check their info before. Isn't it their job ? Accusing people before checking is extremely pathetic. It was my first time buying something in America. You can be sure I will never do it again.
I am not talking about the exchange of e-mails so why are you sending all the below ? They are really having a hard time understanding this apparently. Yet, it is not complicated. I am talking about the way they treated me (and others of course - I see in the other reviews that I'm not the only one. How surprising !) on your Facebook Gurus group.
They keep on sending updates (check their responses below). What will the 5th one be ? Nothing smart, that's for sure. The ones harassing is them. They must stop sending me e-mails to insult me. I won't read them anymore as they go straight to my spam now. They are drowning so badly in their lies that they don't know what to invent anymore. But, I'm keeping all the ones they sent already. They are despicable people and it continues. That's something I cannot accept. Can they send me any proof at all ? NO, as I'm still waiting to receive them !!!! You treat people like cabbage but they have NOTHING ! No evidence at all. Too bad Trustpilot doesn't ask for evidences because they openly lie here as well. They can keep on sending me whatever they want, I will never delete my review !
One of them, Tiffany Griffin, published my private info with the following title: "You are not very bright are you" (because I don't know where my order is...). I sent them the screenshots. If that's the way to talk to customers in America, I don't know what to say. Furthermore, if it is legal to post personal info of their customers on Facebook for everyone to see, in Europe, it is not. The owner is telling me in her email that the Tiffany Griffin doesn't work at PSC. Is this for real ? Incredible how they don't think. So risible. How on earth did she get the e-mails I was exchanging with PSC if she doesn't work there ? It's even worse than I thought! It means that anybody can have access to their customers info? OMG. Do they went me to resend their e-mails to refresh their gold fish memories? Look up the meaning of the word "Ethic".
If even people of their group came to me to check how I was, it means that they indeed went way too far. Just like a pack of hysterical wolves. I sent them the list of all the people I had to block because of their behaviors. I also sent my conversations with some people of their own "Guru" group who were concerned about me. It's a summary of everything that has happened. I have witnesses, screenshots, all the proves about their behavior but they keep on lying. This is Exceptional ! But, nice to see that not all of them are hyenas. It was so nice of them. Of course, I hid the names. I wouldn't went them to go through hell because they showed empathy towards me (look up the definition of that word as well). I sent them the screenshots and I'm still waiting for theirs (lol) !
I don't want their products anymore or their refund. They can keep my money and shove it down their throats (to stay polite).
People have the right to react to injustice. They think they can treat people like trash without impact ? I'm not a sheep. I'm a human being fighting for respect.
They can keep on peeling their faces. It won't make any difference. They are way too ugly inside !
Your group offers help you say, and positive attitude towards everyone ? You better follow some tutorials concerning these topics. Hopefully, you should find an easy one to understand on YouTube. Yes, it will take some time as you will be starting from scratch but you should make it... with a bit of luck.

"Platinum Skin Care is Unethical!"
Platinum Skin Care appears to have glowing reviews in their online group and I was almost bought the whole line of products until I saw the group admin's removing any negative reviews from their group! One member asked for advice after a bad reaction and when I went to read the comments, the post had been removed! When I reached out to inquire about the post being removed, I was told by the admin that the group rules only allow positive reviews! No wonder they have such glowing reviews. I won't purchase products from a company I can't trust. I can't help but wonder how many people have had a bad reaction and were just silenced from speaking out!

"Good experience with the company and their products"
I have ordered from Denmark one time, and a bottle of 30% TCA lasts a good time. I have had good results, and I must say... if we do not have good experiences with the products, it is for sure NOT the companys fault. There are MANY videos on their website, explaining everything down in details, and whenever I have been unsure... I send an email and they are always so nice and friendly and quick to answer. On top I have had good results with the TCA peel, combined with Dreampeel. Thank you.
The only thing I am not to happy about, is that prices are in the high end - but often good quality is, I know.

"Great products, honest company"
I’ve started using PSC products since August and my acne and melasma are almost gone after 2 months only.
They put a lot of effort into communicating with each customer in their facebook group. Lots of great advice! Finally a skincare line that doesn’t try to rip you off and truky cares about their customers.
