I’d like to firstly say the customer service was exceptionally outstanding!!! Cannot fault the service one bit! I would recommend people I know with confidence to go with fksports knowing they provide such a fantastic service in all areas.

From the service, communication, updates, professionalism, all the way to answering ANY questions or concerns I had, with Patricia or any member of the team nothing was too much to ask!
Patricia would I was communicating with was so accommodating and the loveliest of people, and her standard of care and respect was above and beyond.
Dhruv was also very helpful!

Now the bike itself is an amazing piece of kit! I regret asking all those questions in doubt before purchasing.

It’s really is silently quiet! The resistance is superb as I need a high amount of resistance. It’s sturdy and just gets the job done!
The adjustments are great for changing leg muscles around and for others to utilise for their personal physical needs!

I bought the 10ft trampoline for my daughters birthday and I am so impressed by this company (FKsports) and the quality and value for money of the trampoline. I ordered on the Thursday and it was delivered on the Friday afternoon. I honestly don't know how it arrived so quickly!
Very well packaged, in two boxes, and it was up ready to use in 3 hours from start to finish. I built it on my own but two people would find it a lot easier to do. Looks amazing too! Extremely happy, Thank you.

I am happy to amend my earlier review. FK Sports have responded to my emails and followed up with a telephone call. Explained the reasons and apologised for the lack of communication. The telephone No is now working. I am very satisfied with how my complaint has been dealt with and reassured that FK is a reputable UK company. I will use them again.


I purchased a 48" trampoline in Dec 23. The mesh has started rip in different places. Its easy fixed. I would buy a new mesh if I could contact them. No response to my emails and the telephone No on thwre website seems to be disconnected!!!

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS"

Bought a treadmill from this company via Amazon 6 months ago. With minimal use it lasted barely 6 months before the motor burnt out. I messaged the company and their solution was to send a replacement to fit ourselves or to get someone out to fit in and they 'may' cover any costs. We weren't happy with this as any future problems would likely fall back on us. I called the number on the company website over 30 times over a 2 week period, even left contact details, and never once was it returned or answered. Messaging was very slow and sporadic. We eventually got a refund from Amazon but would never ever buy from them again. Awful customer service

"What a disaster supplier, clearly scam - do not buy here"

Ordered a pair of black dumbbells of 8kg with a size of 22cm long as described on FK Sports website. Received the dumbbell set in BLUE and they are 23,5cm long. I specifically was searching for black dumbbells as the rest of my weights are black too and with the length of 23,5cm they don't fit in the holder.

Initially, FK Sports reacted and offered 10% discount. When I explained the above and kindly requested a refund, they stopped responding. What a disaster! I will complain at paypal which I used for the payment too.

Please keep your money in your pocked. If something goes wrong, you can not reach them by phone (I tried many, many times) and they will not respond to your emails if they don't want to.

Update July 16:
I just saw FK Sports reaction to my review:
- I involved PayPal to help me resolve this issue with FK Sports as they were not responding. Once I got PayPal involved, FK Sports offered to refund my payment once the dumbbells would be returned to them. I kindly asked for a shipment label to return the dumbbells as it was not my fault that they send the wrong products. Than the communication stopped again. I sent reminders through the PayPal system but no reaction anymore. I then escalated to PayPal to resolve this directly with FK Sports and only then, I got my full refund back because PayPal decided to do this, not FK Sports
- FK Sports states that all emails were answered promptly. This is not true. Please read the above. I am so disappointed how they bend the trues!
