The speed of the claim was good the problem I had was the company that they use for my area the key is cheap and crappie it worked for a few days then when I would lock it,it wouldn't open I would be standing in a parking lot up to 20-30min trying to unlock my car. when I tried the manual way, I turned the key in the lock the plastic fob fell apart I couldn't turn the key. I had the company out to fix it 3 or 4 times they said they couldn't find a problem I had to leave my car unlocked for several months for fear I wouldn't be able to open the car and I would be stranded. This left my car and anything in it at risk, and i would be to blame.It does lock and unlock now but I do have to repeatedly push the buttons some times for several minutes. I did tell this to Keycare they told me to deal with the company that did the key.
