Had key care through my car insurance. Locked my keys in my boot. Called key care and someone came up to me to try and gain access ' AA ' man came but did admit that Audis were renowndley difficult to gain access. This was routine AA visit and at 9pm at night. He couldn't get access so the main key man was called for the next day. Came at 8am at my request and was in within 2 minutes. Brilliant service. Great communication with texts and phone calls and best thing is they came when they said they would be there. Hate unreliability so I can honestly say they were brilliant.

New car key was made however the key doesn’t actually work in the doors so the key is useless if the fob breaks. Phoned keycare up to be told someone would ring me back, 3 days later I’m still waiting
