The service was great from booking the engineer to him arriving, programming - leaving. What really let them down was that we discovered the newly programmed key does not work if my wife is sitting next to me in the car with her key in her handbag - the car just won’t start - so annoying!!!! It has obviously been programmed incorrectly

i did not claim anythink in the last few years infact i have cancel my policy last year as it was not worth when you read the term and condition such as wait 24 hour before you can request new door lock ,if yuo cannot ope the front door where shall i stay for 24 h ??
