"Absolutely brilliant print"

Absolutely brilliant print! Can't wait to see my husbands face when he opens it for Christmas. Really impressed with the company, kept me informed each step, and so very helpful, easy to contact and very personable. Will be using this company again!

"It is a bit misleading when ordering"

It is a bit misleading when ordering, as it states that they will work with you till you are happy. In reality, they charge you $8 everytime you want changes bc the “artists” has to start over.

"Feel misled by website description of product."

I obviously wasn’t expecting fully custom artwork or anything actually done by hand, but for a full RRP of £77.99 for a medium-sized paper print, I was expecting a bit more than a generic image of the heads I provided simply Photoshopped onto pre-positioned template bodies. The website is misleading: within the style selection it refers to “choosing different outfits from over 200 unique options” and options for “costume changes” and “digital tricks”. I chose a Renaissance theme, but was disappointed to find out when I received my preview and asked for amendments to the costumes and positioning that there were no options to amend anything but the positioning of the heads on the bodies in the three-pet layout I chose.

I think Paw and Glory need to be more transparent about exactly what this product is: it’s some people with fairly rudimentary Photoshop skills Photoshopping heads into their pre-prepared fixed templates. It’s clearly not the “custom art creation” they claim it to be on the website, nor are the people creating the images “expert designers” or “artists” if all they do is position heads on a background. Had I paid half what I did it would be more palatable, but it’s not worth it for the full price. No option for refunds either, just store credit with a 20% deduction to cover "work already done."

You guys have made a lot of my family’s Christmas one to remember so I thank you for the patience and the well sort out communication, look forward to working with yous again 🤙
Tho yous cut the the prise a bit that’s all I wrong to say as I bought 4 didn’t think that it all adds up but hey well worth it .

"This amazing company…"

This company deserves every award going. Wow. I put in my order and changed my mind on many occasions but I was answered with friendliness and no hint of me being too fussy. It's done now and I cannot wait to see my sons face on Christmas Day.
Worth every penny spent and I will be back for more sometime when needed.

"Prepare to still pay if you are not content with the quality of the product"

I commissioned the company to complete two portraits for me. On receipt of the proofs I immediately indicated I wasn’t content with the quality of the work (they looked like basic AI images) and asked for a cancellation.

They ignored this and worked further on the proofs.

They then automatically approved the images (the only thing stopping dispatch was a background selection).

When I again said I’d like to cancel (still being within the 14 cooking off period), they asserted they wanted me to proceed. When I didn’t they took 20% of the full cost off the refund. This is apparently specified in their terms and conditions to offset cost incurred working up the proofs.

So buyer beware - I can see many have had a great experience, but understand if you don’t want to proceed after the proofs, or if you want to return the work after receipt, you won’t get a full refund and there will be no good will exercised by this company to its customers.

"Your customer service is the best…"

Your customer service is the best experience ever. I think it was Beth that made what I thought was going to be hard work very easy. Nothing was too big or small and I got a reply instantly. I love the artwork it is so good. I know my son is going to love this. Thank you all for making it such a good experience and a beautiful gift at the end. I highly recommend this product.
