Lots of communication. Not the quickest but worth the wait

"Poor Quality. Lies about their refund policy."

The artwork provided was a quick photoshop that is of very poor quality.

On their website at the time of purchase it clearly states “ To ensure this you have the opportunity to cancel your order at any point before it is printed for a 100% refund. No questions asked. This means if you don't like it, you don't pay for it!”

However, when I asked for my refund they charged me 25% of the order and took weeks to even respond to my email.

Do NOT work with paw and glory

UPDATE: In response to their reply. The terms of a 100% refund were listed on your website at the time of purchase in December. You can add dishonesty the list of attributes of Paw and Glory

Ordered at the last min and the team went out of their way to accommodate me and make sure I received it in time for Xmas! My kids were so chuffed and said it’s their best Christmas gift ever 😻

They didn't refund me after saying that they would, they approved a final copy withut my say, and the picture I got was terrible quality. It is clearly AI generated and has a lot of distortion

We love the portrait we had made of my mother's pet! She absolutely loved the gift! Great quality!

A brilliant present for pet lovers! The artwork PROOF was provided very quickly after purchasing.

My only criticism is, it was very difficult to find a suitable frame for the A4 design and there was a white strip on the side of the final print (assuming it was slightly off centre in the printing process).

However, my recipients adored the gift and I certainly would use Paw & Glory again in the future!

It was a gift for my sister and the pictures I provided were all I had. The staff was able to enhance them to make the dogs look fantastic. She said is was the best Christmas gift ever!!

"Willow The Queen Of The North…"

I had to say goodbye to my beautiful cat Willow one week before Christmas 2023 at 20 years of age. I have purchased a canvas from Paw and Glory before so I went back to them with a photo of Willow . She has been immortalised as The Queen of The North from Game of Thrones. Nothing will bring her back but they have done a magnificent job and the canvas hangs on the wall in my living room. She is watching over us. Thank you Paw and Glory it makes an awful situation easier to bear.
