From the very beginning, its Principal was very detailed in and through in fully understanding my portfolio and also my own circumstances and objectives. He then approached lenders directly with the case, and he was able to get interest from lenders to support my portfolio, despite other finance brokers telling me that lending against my portfolio was not going to be possible due to the portfolio being leased to social housing companies. He helped greatly with the preparation of the material that was needed, and he also was able to explain problems with our financial information to the lender that we chose.
