I have been ordering my weft extensions here and continue to do so. Always seem to get a decent discount at that. Processing time could be a little quicker though. I pay for 2-4 day shipping but they don't send it out for a few days anyways..

I contacted their customer service and like a few other reviewers on here.... I received the same generic email from Monica saying they will check with their warehouse.... same every time...... I have now launched an official claim with PayPal.... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY .....ITS FRAUDULENT!!!!! Buy from reputable company... pack of cowboys....I intend to use every form of social media so that this will not happen to anyone else!!!!...................................................,,there they go with another reply saying they will look into it....... you have my order number I have been in contact with you for the last 4 weeks on email .....:: DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY !!!!!

I placed an order on Feb. 7th received confirmation email saying item was shipped ( 7 to 10 business days for delivery) I checked with shipper and apparently my shipping number does not exist with USPS .I.tried calling several occasions market hair extensions I left messages no return call and the office is always closed.no matter what time I try calling..Very bad customer service..I do no recommend using this company and plan on filing a complaint with visa asking for my money back as I have still not heard from them and now 21 days since I placed my order ..
