"Non existent customer service/lying on mail time"

I ordered express delivery and paid over 23$ for the shipping 3-5 days, my order was confirmed in the warehouse and was supposed to be shipped within 24 hrs. I am getting married the 29th and I filed a complaint with PayPal. They do not answer the phone and their email has been with zero information, only to say they would communicate with their warehouse and get back to me. I have not received a response and plan on blasting all over social media until I get my purchase and a refund of my shipping costs and a professional explanation of why they do not answer the phone or return phone calls! Worst of all I checked their us address and the location is for lease?! Very suspicious!

It's confirmed in stalk even by "Monica" who answered my email? She said it should of left no later then 24 hours. So today would be the third business day. Does this mean it ships tomorrow and how long will it take to get to me? It's very suspicious that I have called and left voicemails and emailed but I post here and in 30 minutes receive a response. Please advise since we need to do this publicly since your company has been unprofessional in responding or answering their phones. Like I stated earlier I am getting married the 29th will I have my order by then?

Update: Thank you for responding here. Please email my tracking number to me so I may track my shipment since I have an open PayPal dispute if you are doing something in the right direction I would like to give you credit.

My final email to this company on May 13, 2015: I just got off the phone with UPS. They informed me that you have ONLY printed a label ( 2 days ago!) and have NOT taken it to UPS to be shipped!!! I am VERY angry at this point!!!!

This order was for a special occasion, and we are traveling international for this occasion! I placed my order on May 1, 2015 so there would be plenty of time for me to receive the extensions and have them put in for this occasion. Your site said you ship in 24 hours. I should have received this order over a week ago!!!

You don't answer your phone ever, you reply to emails once daily at 5a.m., and you have told me in several emails you would follow through and have not! You have had $409.10 of my $ since 5/1/2015!!!

UPDATE: After much stress and attempted communications, I finally received my order on May 17th. Unfortunately, not in time for my occasion, but I got it. Due to my bad experience with them, they have refunded me $50, with an additional $20 as soon as I modify my review, which I have done. As for their product, I am pleased with it, good quality. I am hoping that if I place another order for replacements/glue, their service and delivery will be prompt and without problems. I will update again.
