"Fantastic party"

I was genuinely concerned after reading previous negative reviews but was absolutely thrilled with the experience - all the girls had a fabulous time!

i am sooooo glad I decided to have a spa party and I am even more happy I came across your company! The ladies we absolutely amazing and all the girls were soooo happy! By far this has been the best birthday party I have planned for my daughter! It was worth every penny! Thanks for making my daughter the most popular at school this morning lol

"Nice girls, done the job of what was asked."

I booked this company without reading the reviews and then realised I had made a mistake as all the reviews said is this company is a scam so I continued with the company but went out & brought all my own stuff i.e party bags, make up, nail varnish, games ect. The party was at 11am I was convinced they was not coming, I never recieved a confirmation call as promised 2 days before the party but at 10.50 the girls had turned up & was ready to do the party I explained my side no phone calls, reviews are horrific, spent a lot of money getting the stuff myself incase no show, the lady was very nice & said its upto me I decided to go ahead & I'm pleased I did though it cost us more money & a lot of worry & stress leading upto the very last minute, the girls done what they said & all the party girls looked beautiful after there make overs & it took the stress of for me. would I book them again probably not but don't think that's the girls fault that done the party thinks it's the way I felt leading upto it.

"Mini me makeover party"

After reading that this company had been on rip off Britain I was really worried id been ripped off but thankfully the girls doing the party turned up on time and were both really lovely. They were good with the girls and all seemed to enjoy themselves. My only disappointment being they didn't play enough games for my liking, I think that would of made for an excellent party and not just a good one.

"review for party for a group of 9 year old girls"

Just like to thank grumpy but gorgeous for providing an excellent party for our 9 year old daughter and her friends. The party host turned up in plenty of time and transformed our home for the party, taking great care and attention. All the girls received hair, makeup, manicure and tattoos in good time, by the party host, while she also provided entertaining games for the rest of the group. The girls all had a fab and enjoyable time, there was no need for any parental input apart from taking memorable photos. The girls all got on well with the party host, who managed the party in an excellent and professional manner. Thank you again, she had a most memorable day!

"Grumpy but Gorgeous - Overpriced Girls Spa Party."

The party was ok but disappointing for the enormous price tag that went with it. The girls running the party fulfilled their contractual obligations and delivered everything on the remit but did so without enthusiasm or involvement. They were sweet but far too introverted, did not engage with the girls, or even speak to them unless to deliver an instruction, so the girls quickly lost interest and the party organisers lost control of them. The party games were boring and the girls were left to their own devices with no participation or encouragement from the organisers.
To be successful, the party would need lively, extroverted party organisers who enjoyed the company of children and were able to communicate with them, engage with them and manage them appropriately. Also more appropriate party games for 8 year olds please.

"11th birthday spa party"

Excellent - our host arrived as planned at least 45 mins before the start to set up - I didn't need to get involved at all. The room looked amazing when she was finished, our furniture was protected but the room looked great.
She entertained the girls brilliantly for 2 hours - their nails looked wonderful! She made them pose for pictures with very little effort - and then she cleaned away at the end as if she had never been.

Brilliant brilliant - it was perfect for an 11th birthday - for girls that are growing up too fast but are still so young. Thank you so much.

"Brilliant"

I booked grumpy but gorgeous for my granddaughters 14th birthday. I found their service was exceptional without fault. Especially asking parents to sign consent forms.they had everything covered. Although I wasn't at the party, my granddaughter rang me after to thank me for booking them and that she and her friends had an amazing time, my daughter who was there said, she couldn't believe the effort the staff had taken to make sure that all the girls were made to feel special.

Excellent spa sleepover party. Well organised and children loved it.
Didn't appreciate the call from grumpybutgorgeous at 10pm that same evening asking me whether the party had been a success. I had 10 children just going to sleep and then the phone went!! Too late……
Advice for company - ring on the Monday….not that night.
