"Spa Party for 16 year old girls"

Easy booking; prompt responses to my concerns. Party was amazing; the girls loved everything and the girls running the party were great fun and very relaxed.

My daughter had a manicure spa party for her 10th birthday 2 weeks ago. My daughter and 7 other girls had a great time and were entertained for 2 hours. The 2 girls from grumpy but gorgeous worked hard to make it fun, They decorated the room in the theme my daughter wanted, when she see the room transformed into her own little salon she was so excited. The girls loved having their nails done, foot spa and especially the chocolate fountain!!!
My daughter has already asked if she can have the same party again next year.
Thank you to the 2 girls who hosted the party, they worked very hard to make it an enjoyable experience and very special.

The platinum spa party for my daughters thirteenth birthday Was a great success. The two ladies were brilliant with the girls. They were friendly. set up and cleared up.it was a party that they will all remember for a long time. Thank you very much.

"Unacceptable and unreasonable conduct"

At a recent party Jan 2015 which had cost hundreds of pounds a list of things which were promised and paid for were not delivered. Even after full consent. Including all photographs of all the girls. Shocking that these things happen with little children. Lowest of the low. I am taking this matter further through a legal system. There is an awful lot to read up on this company. Sadly I missed the many warnings including the BBC.

"Grumpy but gorgeous"

I wish I had done my homework before engaging with this company. I would have then discovered that they featured on the BBC's Rip Off Brittain in October 2014 (series 6, episode 8) and there is an active Facebook page and long thread on moneysavingexpert spreading the word about their tactics.
Regardless, I have just happily received a County Court Judgement in my favour against Grumpy But Gorgeous. This is on the basis that they took my deposit based on the T&Cs on their website and then promptly issued a totally different set of T&Cs AFTER you have parted with your money.
The have also persistently given factually incorrect defensive replies to my reviews and complaints. They are not to be trusted!

"Company has been subject to an investigation by BBC Rip Off Britain"

Grumpy But Gorgeous and boss (NAME) were subject to a recent investigation by the BBC's Rip Off Britain programme for their bad treatment of both customers and employees.

In August I lost £200 to this company. Sadly I booked the party before reading the awful reviews of GBG (check out the threads on moneysavingexpert.com and the facebook page set up to expose them) - less than an hour later I asked for my £200 deposit back. Of course I have received nothing.

This company also operates other pamper party sites so do your homework and beware.
