Our butler Zak was great, served us drinks and played some party games. Difficult task with such a large group but he did a good job!

Someone in my group had a quote for 2 butlers at £490. Also for a Sat in March 2 weeks prior to the date I was quoted for.

We also needed a cost for 1 butler and the group can decide how much to spend on each activity as we're booking a few over the 3 day hen party.

An automatic quote could not be generated online due to location which I didn't mind filling in an enquiry form for 1 butter and gave the location.

The quote arrived for "1 butler" and it was also £490 :-/ that didn't make sense.

I questioned it. Is 1 butler the same price as 2? They said they did a bespoke quote for 2 butlers. They completely ignored my request and also sent a price through for 1 butler charging the price of 2.

UPDATE
A few emails exchangd and got prices as follows for Sat March 2025 in Hexham, Northumberland: 1 Butler for 2 hours £490 or 2 butlers for 2 hours is £750.

We had a previous quote from this company for 2 butlers (not 1) and they confirmed £490 for 2 hours same location.

I have been asked to change my star rating as it's affecting their score. If I could attach an image of each of the quotes we have with different prices I would but unfortunately it's not possible.

Their reason for doubling the price on 8th March for 1 butler £490 vs 22nd March £490 for 2 butlers is "limited availability the cost for that location will increase as we will as a company have to pay additional travel costs to butlers to attend that location." Additional travel costing £245?! Where are they travelling from, Maldives? Lol

There are other great reviews so maybe I've just been unlucky.

Butlers with bums reported this review for containing defamatory content. Trust pilot reviewed the email chain and confirmed it is a valid and verified review.
Butlers with bums then reported the review as "belongs to another business". Also incorrect so the review hasn't been removed.

Just wanted to write a quick review to say how wonderful Ben was on Saturday. He was the perfect man for our party, lovely, funny and obviously very easy on the eye. We were having so much fun that the time just flew past. I could not recommend him and this company high enough. Thank you so much for filling the start of our hen party with so much fun and giggles.
