Our Butler reached out a few days before the event to introduce himself, which was such a thoughtful touch and really put us at ease. On the day, he was incredibly professional, super friendly, and brought so much fun and energy to the occasion. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone was looked after and having a great time. Our clients absolutely loved him!
