The customer service I received was exceptional. Paul who I dealt with delivered tiles to the house after there was a mix up with the order when I went to collect it. He was friendly and went out of his way to assist me.

Second visit to this gem of a shop. Needed tiles ASAP as I had ordered online and they arrived with almost every box damaged. Danny helped me choose something that was similar and the staff arranged an extra fast delivery to ensure I had the tiles in time for my tiler starting. So happy with how they look.
