Colin and his colleagues built a first fix loft dormer on my semi detached house in December 2020 - Jan 2021. Their work was professional and tidy at all times from start to finish. They was also incredibly respectful of covid situations. They always kept me up to date on what has been completed and any next steps.They also provided great advice throughout their work and they always answered any questions i had in great detail. When the work was completed, my partner and I were very impressed.

I would absolutely recommend Colin and his team to anyone looking to add a dormer to their loft or any other work. I will definitely be using them again for any future work I have done on my house.

Throughout the loft extension works the quality of workmanship has been great and he was excellent in answering any questions I fired his way. Really pleased with the job that Modern Loft Rooms have done. They’ve converted a relatively small loft into a bedroom with an en-suite and a large storage cupboard. They were friendly and quick to respond to questions. The job was completed within 8 weeks - which is super fast from scaffolding going up at the front and back of my house to electricians installing new electrics and plumbing. They even re-designed the layout of the bathroom (including changing the shape and size) without a quibble. Really impressed with the decor result and would highly recommend them.
