"AVOID AT ALL COSTS"

I placed an order with Tower London back in February and it has been a nightmare ever since. First, they sent me the wrong shoes. Then when I finally got the correct ones and returned them (well within the return period), they took nearly two months to refund only half of what I was owed. The rest? Still missing as of mid-April.

Their support team has been completely useless – repeatedly sending me generic "your refund will be processed in 3-5 days" emails, even though it's been over 50 days. They even refunded the money to the wrong person and claimed I paid with a credit card I’ve never owned. Despite me asking for a proof of transaction and even offering a direct bank transfer to resolve it faster, I’ve been met with total incompetence and radio silence.

This has been an infuriating experience from start to finish. If you value your money, time, or sanity, do not order from Tower London.
