Experience, from ordering months ago, stock issues, mistakes made.
They’ve been doing this a long time, and it shows (not in a good way).

The communication is awful and so is the website and stock tracking. They need reviving, unfortunately I won’t use again.

This was my first time going to Airsoft direct and I was so happy with my visit. Great staff who are willing to offer advice and support with questions asked. This applied for me as I asked for help with my first pistol and the staff member offered great advice with what options there were.
