What can i say Booked a Rolls Royce and a hummer limousine . Fantastic service provided by Kayani Professional , Friendly and had no problems going above and beyond for my family. I can say this was my wedding day and they did not disappoint would definitely recommend.

"It started well, then went downhill fast - beware!"

My initial experience with Adam in Sales was positive. He was helpful and responsive for the booking for a wedding which involved 3 locations.

It's a long sorry tale but what has led me to leave this review was my experience with another Adam - a "senior manager". This man called me from a non-recorded line to try and 'resolve' an issue. In doing so, he was extremely rude, dismissive and abusive. When I noted that I would share my experience which my circle, he vindictively said he was going to invoice me for an additional hour and would sue me if this wasn't paid within 7 days. As a service user, I've never been so disrespected by an unprofessional individual.

I fully expect to see a defensive, even attacking response to this review but I will not be silenced.

In addition to the above, beware of their standard terms and conditions which you will receive after confirmation of booking. Reading through the terms, it is my view that some terms could be deemed to be unfair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and/or Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999. There is a clear imbalance of rights which for example allows the company "a grace period" to be late and to bill for additional hours regardless of circumstances, something that you and the consumer will not enjoy.

I chose not to complain directly to Mazar Iqbal (their MD) as I'd initially intended to do after my call with Adam left me in tears. I want nothing further to do with the company.

Some context if you're interested:
On the day of the booking, I got a call to say the driver was running late. This was not a disaster in the grand scheme of things so I said it was fine. Driver eventually arrived and was nice enough.

Prior to setting off to the final location, we paid extra to extend the booking. Unfortunately, there were severe issues on the route which meant the journey took hours, in near standstill traffic. The subsequent events that occurred are in dispute by myself and the company as the driver has one version and the bride and groom, along with myself have a different view. In summary, the car broke down and the bride and groom exited the car to hitch a ride with a wedding guest to the reception. The car didn't make it to the contracted final location. It was only on the day after the wedding that I was informed that the issue had been overheating. The driver didn't say this at the time to the couple. As they didn't make it to the venue in the car as contracted, I attempted to enquire about any possible recompense, only to have a very distressing call which ended with a further invoice and threat to sue.

You may be lucky and everything may go well for your booking, if it doesn't, beware. I do not wish my experience on anyone.
