It was overall a great experience. The ease of being able to use the system remotely was very important to me - and it worked out perfectly. The only con was that my appointment started 5 minutes later than expected, so that 5 minutes of not knowing what was going on made me nervous because this was my first time using the service - especially since they told you to log in early to review the paperwork. That nervousness went away as soon as the others came online.
