The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because, during the initial steps, I tried to upload my real passport to your system 3 or 4 times but kept getting rejected. Later, I was finally able to verify my passport through another system (Jumio). That part was quite exhausting. However, I’m giving 5 stars for your quick responses to my emails and your helpful attitude.
