My experience was as close to what I perceive as perfect customer care as I have experienced. Let me quantify that somewhat sweeping statement:

The agent. Laura was amenable, diligent and patient. She translated jargon without prompt and actively listened. The latter is a skill rarely, if ever, experienced in other script reading agents. I struggle with some international accents over the phone, so the fact that English was her first language in no small way added to the effectiveness of my many calls. A delight to talk to, I felt in safe hands throughout. She is a top draw individual and I will be using this provider from now on.

Direct number access to agent. The fact I was provided with a direct phone number to Laura was a game changer. It meant I had continuity without having to constantly repeat my details and circumstances, and why I returned to use this service for a second, separate policy.

Aftercare. The follow up has been impeccable.
