Prompt delivery of laptop, no problems with packing etc. The laptop was bought for a friend, who is non-technical, so I was disappointed that it only had Windows XP, when it had been advertised as a W7Pro + W7 Office. After a quick call to Eflex, problem was solved, and software cd sent to me straight away. My friend is happy with the laptop, so I'm happy too!

It is a refurbished laptop so there are one or two scratches near to the keyboard but it is great as a starter laptop. It does everything it should and there is also security on there which is a nice additional extra.
