I recently moved to Glasgow, and needed a laptop for uni. I found Eflex and they had amazing deals and quite the quantity of laptops. I love the HP brand and selected a laptop.
They offered free overnight delivery! I got my laptop in no time, and it was installed with windows, anti-virus protection, and office software. I was literally all ready for Uni in less than a week. It would have been sooner if I hadn't ordered over the weekend.
Furthermore they were very good about responding to inquiries and questions from me. I had instant replies to emails I'd send and not only were they always helpful, and answered my questions fully, but were also very personable: Amazing Customer Service.
The product itself works fabulously! It connected to my wi-fi easily, as well as connecting to my printer. I can open browsers and other software windows quickly and simultaneously and it so far hasn't effected speed. You would never know it was a refurbished computer.

Now, I don't know how long the battery lasts on its own, as I have always kept it connected so far, opting to take my tablet to classes. So battery life may be a concern to someone else. Also, there have been small glitches here and there but nothing that any other computer wouldn't do.

All in all, I would definitely go to Eflex if I needed a new laptop all over again. What they offer is a solid product for a more than decent price.
