Terrible service whilst trying to purchase horse insurance.
Phoned the call centre with all my details, they then requested full medical history due to a previous claim, completely understand this as my previous insurance put a clause on this which is what I expected Seib to do, instead they advised there will be "a lot of exclusions added" (advisors words not the underwriter) then was asked for insurance schedule, then asked for renewal from current insurance, then never bothered replying to me!

The cover was good value for money and comprehensive. However we were on a strict time frame to get cover in place and paperwork sent out. They didn't make the deadline despite being told the policies would be with us in time; so we had to cancel sadly.
