"I emailed about by soda maker leaking…"

The soda maker was great for 11 months. One day a tiny round ring felt from the area where bottle top is screwed. Gas started leaking. I emailed AARKE about my soda maker leaking gas because of a part. I was requested to send serial number and proof of purchase. I emailed requested information.
I never heard back from them.
Horrible support service.
I bought a different brand of soda stream.
I keep using their carbonator cylinder. Their exchange program has been for now excellent and very convenient

I moved last June 1, 2023 I enjoyed a water filter system installed in the home osmosis. Moved to West Hartford, CT into a community for Seniors, the building is old and I've wanted a water filter system. I found AARKE and it being Glass and Stainless, I was interested. Have been very happy with it and finding it very good for my Tea & just plain drinking water.
