Speedy response from customer service on a recent question. Appreciate that. We've owned the Aarke Sodastream for over 3 years and absolutely LOVE it. The CO2 canister exchange is the way to go.

Aarke did an outstanding job handling the return and replacement of my cylinders. FedEx, as usual, was inexplicably slow, with my package sitting for more than 24 hours at a time en route to Maine.

"Overcharging"

I was overcharged with no warning for my first order. I made the mistake of buying 4 cylinders to start with, and Aarke decided on its own that I should have 1 cylinder in my first order - and charged me $37 for a refill when I was expecting $21. Left a bad taste in my mouth and I recommend that people be careful when ordering cylinders. Second order was as expected: 2 cylinders for $42.

Returning the CO2 cylinders couldn't be easier and the turnaround in receiving the new cylinders in less than one week from the return definitely exceeded my expectations. Nicely done!!

Aarke has a great replenishment program. Within a 1 hour of returning my empty canisters to the Post Office I received notification that Aarke was processing my order.

In addition to this service their seltzer is the best.

Good product, did not ship with gas canister very cheap for such an expensive item. Supply chain issues aside, not having a second glass bottle is very problematic.

"Home delivery of Aarke co2 cannisters"

I enjoy the home delivery. It's real convenient especially during winter snow storms. I'm never out of being able to make my energy drinks.
