I sent a young builder friend Jaiyden in with the inspector to also check things out.
As a builder himself Jaiyden said that the inspector was excellent and extremely thorough.
Both of our experiences with this type of inspector is that they spend more time telling you why they cant do things, than actually doing them.
We were both so pleasantly surprised so a big huge thanks for a very thorough inspection and report that we can have some confidence in.
The inspectors name on the report was Warren Smith and he came from the Mooloolaba Office. Report was delivered via email the same day

Competitive price, great responsiveness and a very detailed inspection report.

"No confidence"

Had an inspector come out for a pre inspection on our home. Didn't know the difference between an electrical conduit and a gas pipe line, had to physically show him myself as he was too scared to touch it. (It's in the garage by the way) this has really built up my confidence when our report came back with apparent structual defects. But as there is no movement in the roof or the supporting structure is the issue a structural defect or an issue with compliance.

More to this as I was not home the whole time and only my wife was, he thought he was qualified also to give her solid parenting advice to our 6 month old whilst not having children himself.

Seems that only the finest are employed by Rapid shame he was in our 3 bedroom home for almost 2 hours so not so rapid to me.

Excellent service, good communication in the set up and during the job. Report was delivered the same day. The inspector was very pleasant and respectful of the tenants in the apartment block that needed to cooperate to complete the inspection. Good price.
