Turners surveyed a stone cottage for us. The report was clear and detailed. They also explained the major issues to me. Excellent knowledge of the issues and really helpful. Highly recommended.

We have been very disappointed in the service provided by Turner Associates. Our survey was carried out Monday 5th September and despite our prompt payment upfront they have been much less prompt in drawing up and sending us the report. We told them before making the appointment that it would be a matter of some urgency as I only have a short time in the UK to sell the property and we had thought this was understood. The receptionist is always very polite when contacted but seems unable to obtain a response from the surveyor saying when we can actually have the report. The lack of communication is perhaps the most frustrating aspect of our interaction. I will not be recommending Turner and associates to my niece when she has the survey carried out for my sister's house.
