Cowboys. Absolute shambles. Order from this company only if you want to be endlessly chasing your goods with no competent customer service department to help and misleading delivery times. I've never done a review before, but felt I had to for this. Will never order from this company again I strongly suggest you don't either. Utter nightmare.

"Great prices, but their online order tracking is useless."
I bought a fridge which was cheaper than anywhere else by £30.
The liver chat function is really helpful as you can get answers immediately from customer services, which you need because their online order tracking is pointless. The fridge came today and the order status is still 'pending'. Like, seriously? If it doesn't say 'finished' or 'delivered' soon, then I won't receive the points that you're supposed to get form purchases on their site.

MyChoice offered the best price and free delivery and lived up to the good reviews. The hood was delivered quickly and well packed. Good communications and absolutely no problems. Great service and I would definitely use MyChoice again.

Item ordered and paid for 20/4/15 email received 22/4/15 saying item will be delivered 28/4/15. I waited in ALL day, no item delivered despite repeated phone calls and promises to call back. Eventually I was told the item was 'lost'?? and more stock due in. Still no firm delivery date and was then told item not expected in until 6/5/15 after yet more phone calls. I cancelled and refund only just received (17 days after they first had my money). Absolutely dreadful, have now bought elsewhere.

I had to purchase a gas hob which was only 4.80 x 500 and after searching the Internet I found your product. The hob arrived well packed and it looks really good witn the black surround & the Galvanised top. Well worth the money and I recommend this product

The product is exactly as described but slightly concerned that the Guarantee Card is not stamped by the dealer and when I emailed the dealer to ask whether this would be a problem in the event of the appliance breaking down, have had no response.
