""In stock, ships today" is misleading!"

Radio is great but I picked it based on which model said "in stock, ships today" A week later and it hasn't shipped. Disappointing!!!!

The product I ordered finally arrived and I am satisfied with the product. I was dissatisfied with the time it took to ship.

No costumer service. I literally called 20 times and sent multiple emails and no response. The devices I purchased don’t work the way it was promised. I was also supposed to get a refund that never got and I cannot find anyone to help me with that.

Wrong batteries. I ordered OEM Vertex Standard LMR FNB-V132LI-UNI batteries that were 17Wh for their larger capacity. I received off brand Multiplier 8.9Wh batteries that are part number MV103LI.
