I placed an order for my gps, fish finder on 3/11 and still haven’t received it. I called the customer service number twice and they are suppose to be looking into but still haven’t received a response. I would never recommend your company to anyone based in this experience.

Two Way Radio Center is responsive to and makes contact easy. They are quick to respond to questions and they ship things securely and very quickly. I've interacted with them multiple times and always been happy with their service and products.

"Disappointing"
I ordered two Motorola radios in February '23 with a promised ship date of the "end of the month." However, my order was still listed as awaiting fulfillment seven weeks later. I contacted customer support for an update and was informed they would ship "next month." When I asked for a specific shipping date, I was told they were shipping backorders from August 2022.
While I understand the challenges posed by COVID, supply chain disruptions, and workforce shortages, I was disappointed by the customer service representative's lack of empathy and professionalism. Disappointed by the delay and lack of transparency, I requested to cancel my order. To my surprise, the customer service representative responded with a curt "Sure" and disconnected the chat.
I wish companies would prioritize customer service and communication during these challenging times. As a businessman, I understand that delays may occur, but clear and timely updates can go a long way in building customer trust and loyalty.
