Selected radios i wanted online that were in stock and paid for them. Then was informed that they were discontinued for a long time and would be replaced with radios I didn't want. After emails back and forth with the salesman over several days he found me the radios I wanted. Your website shouldn't sell merchandise that you discontinued.

"THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!"
I called for the third time to see where the right batteries were (they placed the wrong ones) and the woman who took the call was extremely rude! When I tried to tell her what I was calling for she interrupted me and kept saying "what's your invoice number", I told her the phone number and then again tried to tell her what was going on and she again interrupted me by saying "yeah I pulled it up" she then proceeded to tell me that the batteries that were placed were the right ones for our walkies, I said no they aren't and she kept saying "yes they are" like I was lying to her about it! I asked her to transfer me to someone else and she said "there is no one else". She then said "oh wait I read that wrong hold on" and put me on hold. She came back and said they were never placed and do I want them to send them or a refund. Never apologized for HER mistake, she was the WORST!!! Apparently not the first time people had bad customer service by the reviews I read!!
