"Product not as represented on line"

I just took Delivery of the Qeen Sized Charleston Sleigh Headboard and it is not what was represented on the website:
1. There is a large,ugly 1' wide piece of woohd runing up the center of the Headboard, that does not show on the website
2. The finish on the headboad is much cheaper and rougher than on the web site
3. The web site photo was obviously photo shoped to hide these flaws and I am not happy !!
4. Do not buy anthing from the website without seeing it at a store !
