"Abysmall customer service. Order #20624"

I bought a porcelein patio pack which arrived without issue, I discovered that I dodnt have enough and so ordered an aditional pack.

After two weeks I chased up the 2nd order and was told it was waiting to be delivered at the couriers yard. A week later I was contacted by a representative of Buygardenpaving and informed that the shipment was damaged and there wasn't anymore stock. I told them that I would take an alternative but I'd need to return the first batch as I didnt want two different types of patio paving. The rep told me that they'd have the delkiuvery returned to them and evaluate the damage and then see if enough stock was available to complete the order and that I would be contavcted the next day.

A few days later I sent an email as I hadn't recieved my call back, a week later still no contact.

Clealry when things go wrong they couldnt care less so just be hopeful that if you order from them that nothing untworad happens.

Update
The follow up to my complaint was slow, but I did manage to speak to a lady who explained what had happened and that she would make sure the additional patio would arrive in time.

Other than that the patio is great quality, good value and looks beautiful now that it's been laid.

The flags arrived with no breakages which is good. But delivery is poor!! I had to phone up several times to see when delivery was going to be and even though they said it would be a Friday, my husband booked a holiday day, they never turned up. When I phoned again I was told delivery was going to be the next day, I would be phoned 1 hour before hand. I was phoned 20 mins before hand and the driver had the wrong address on his piece of paper ( I checked my invoice before writing this review I entered all the correct details) it’s a good job we was looking out for him at the front otherwise the flags would have needed up somewhere else! Not good at all!

"Damaged tiles"

On first glance the tiles look very well packaged and the tiles themselves are fantastic, however out of the 20 tiles I have opened so far 7 have minor chips on either the corners or along the edges.

Good communication....flags delivered on the day I requested. Approx 7 broke ones but I’m sure I can use for cuts so not a massive issue.

Happy with paving stones.
They sent the wrong pack initially - a mixed patio pack when we ordered 900x600 slabs, but rectified immediately and sent correct ones following day.
Only issue was delivery guys were fantastic, but they used vans which seemed unfit for purpose. Stones come on a pallet which need to be manually taken from truck to delivery spot. Because my drive ways has a very slight incline, the first driver was unable to get them on the drive so had to leave on the road.
