"Ordered a pile of paving flags and…"

Ordered a pile of paving flags and generally had no issues. The flags were excellent quality and individually packaged so arrived in perfect condition. Only issue I had was there was no communication from the delivery company when they would deliver, but only a minor issue. I will be buying from them again

Polite enquiries were answered quite curt and rudely, especially when I asked why it was not possible to order from their Milton Garden Paving website, which is slightly cheaper for the same products. Some of their positive reviews appear to have been written by staff as they have the same names. We placed a large order and stomached the expensive delivery charge which was on a week's lead-time even though in stock. We were given an update when it was initially despatched on this ultra economy service. When the paving arrived the cobbles were mostly OK but a large proportion of the slabs were not. We had ordered an additional 10% to allow for damages, but it was way in excess of this. When we complained about the chips/cracks etc, they said that chips are a natural part of the product (bear in mind this is cut stone!) They refused the discount we requested for such a large proportion of faulty goods. We could, they said, return them, at our own cost, and they would only refund us if they deemed them to be in a resaleable condition on arrival. Unfortunately we hadn't just changed our minds, we were talking about severely faulty products here (even the good stone was poorly callibrated). We have re-applied for a 10% discount (far less than we are owed) and so far have been ignored. Unfortunately we can only say that they must be very unscrupulous sellers. If they attempt to make amends we will be updating our review but as it stands we are hugely disappointed and warning as many people as we can to avoid this company.
Update: a response has just appeared. Their comment about 5 hours is sadly completely untrue. The breakages and damages were way in excess of 10% as previously mentioned (we had ordered 10% extra to allow for this) which we provided them photographic evidence of. They still have made no attempt to offer us any resolution. As such, we are forced to continue to have to warn others about this company, and to shop elsewhere.

I have spent all morning trying to order a pack online, tried several cards my wife tried too, no luck
Called few times, very unhelpful sales, they said go online keep trying or send a email...
I'm not sure if presales this poor what shall I expect in the after sales support.
Looked up the product on google, found an other supplier, very helpful, one call sorted it all in less than 5min we ordered 30m2 of sandstone

So very pleased with the porcelain slabs we ordered from Buy Garden Paving. Customer service was excellent & the staff were very helpful with all of my questions. Communication with delivery was great & the delivery driver was very accommodating. The slabs look incredible in our newly renovated garden. Would highly recommend using this company!

The delivery service was poor and dangerous. I had to get them dropped at another location to the one working at because they came in a pallet truck and the driver couldn’t handle the load weight..

We had to split the pallet and ball them on to a trailer.

Great product and excellent service. Initial delivery had some broken slabs but a quick email and replacements turned up very quickly
