This company were great, the black limestone setts were much cheaper than anywhere else I looked and the guides were easy to follow for how many I would need split into square metres and also the number of setts. They were delivered within days and all packed great and in good condition. Thanks very much 🙌🏾🙌🏾

"Smashed slabs, rude woman, 7 days to sort their mistake"

Order 60 limestone slabs.
Turned up and the pallet was a mess.
We initially though there were only a couple broken so we took it as we really needed to crack on.
Turns out 18 slabs were cracked and ‘unusable’ leaving us about 6 slabs short even after over ordering.
We emailed, didn’t hear anything back so had to ring up, spoke to a very rude woman who just fobbed us off. Had to ring again on the Monday as they hadn’t done anything towards sorting the issue.
They then sent 11 slabs in replacement, couldn’t tell us when they would turn up, I told them to tell the courier we wouldn’t be there to take the delivery as I couldn’t justify paying lads to wait around. To which they hadn’t done so when the slabs finally turned up 7 days after the issue was raised, the driver demanded he needed a signature.

I understand accidents happen and it could have been the couriers fault but no customer should have been spoke to like we were by the worker at buy garden paving, receiving snotty emails like ‘I can only see 4 broken slabs’ insinuating I was lying about the situation. We just wanted to our job and finish our customers garden, it took a week longer and cost me a lot of money having to go back and missing out starting other jobs.

Terrible, would not recommend, makes you appreciate the suppliers you usually use. Just unfortunately they didn’t have any stock because they would not have let this happen and would have solved the issue as soon as they could

This is the sixth box of Indian Stone that I have purchased from 'BuyGardenPaving' - 3 Black, 1 Kota Blue & 2 Kandla Grey.
These are boxes of damaged/broken slabs, originally £150, now £199, per box, but inclusive of delivery & they have proven to be excellent value.
Advertised for crazy paving I cut them down with an Angle Grinder to produce interestingly attractive, geometric patterns, particularly when used in conjunction with granite setts.
It is also good to know that one is buying from a reputable company that is very efficient.
