Although a bit concerned around ordering from a business many miles from my home, I bought nearly two pallets worth of outdoor floor tiles. They were all well wrapped and of the well over sixty tiles, only one had a slight chip on the corner, but was able to use it in a corner anyway. My experience was very good, the cheapest for the particular tile. No complaints at all.
