The travel escorts that met us at the airports/train stations were terrific and I’m very grateful we had them! Confusing airport and transfer to boat taxi and also at the train stations. "Sicily Group"

We had a group go to Sicily and used Key Tours as we have before. Key helped us navigate a last minute change of arrival and welcome dinner when the group was delayed by flight problems. Group loved the trip.

"The caliber of the trip was up there…"

The caliber of the trip was up there with "lifetime experiences".
Here is a run down of our thoughts:
Hired drivers - bless you. Thank you for doing this. Italians drive like madmen, this made the trip so much smoother and relaxing.
The hotels:
- Times Roman - great location, comfortable bed. The hotel restaurant had excellent food and drinks with great service. Front desk folks were not helpful at all.
- Glance - great location, nice sized room. Gorgeous rooftop patio/pool. Front desk were kind and lively
- Terre Rosse - so charming and beautiful. Lovely staff.

Itinerary:
- Rome
Colosseum & Ancient Rome Tour - perfect length, lost of history. Not for the elderly or those who cannot climb hills. Lots of large hills and stairs. Would highly recommend the tour
Vatican Museums - would recommend. The vatican is too crazy packed with tourists to make it meaningful on your own. This tour helped us learn a great deal of history, see the highlights and skip the line.
Rome Twilight Trastevere Food Tour - We were both too ill with gi issues to go. I am quite disappointed we didn't make it.

- Florence
Private 2.5 hour highlights walking tour - local archaeologist lead private tour. Highly recommend.
Uffizi and Accademia small group walking tour - eh, it was okay. Saw some important pieces. The least interesting tour of the entire trip. I'm not sure if that was because of the tour guide.

- Tuscany
First off, thank you for talking us into seeing Tuscany. You were completely correct. It was our favorite part of the trip.
Full day trip to Sienna, S Gimignano and Monteriggioni - must do. Great experience. Loved having the private tour in Sienna, it brought the city to life.
Wine tasting and dinner at Tenuta Torciano - Lee was too ill to go. I had a blast. Especially if someone is a wine buff this was a great evening.
Private cooking class with wine tasting in Chianti - Best part of the entire trip. I felt like I was in a movie. The people were so sweet, kind, generous and loving. The views were immaculate. Best meal of the entire trip. Thank you Tana for helping us with this wonderful trip!

I just had a visit from the above couple who just returned. They came in carrying a beautiful bouquet of flowers for me, which I feel I should share with you.

To be honest, when I heard they were coming in, I was nervous since they had so many questions and concerns about their trip as they never travelled without a group or a cruise before,.

They couldn’t stop raving about what a wonderful trip I planned for them, and I certainly told them it was all due to you and Key Tours.
The transfers, trains, hotels and tours were wonderful and it is so gratifying to have clients return with such wonderful comments. I just had to share with you and I know I was a pain (and they were too), so thank you again for making this travel advisor’s day.
