Ordered a PC case from Microless that unfortunately arrived with a damaged tempered glass panel, likely during shipping. It was impossible to detect without opening the box so this wasn't Microless fault. After raising the issue, it took a bit of time to resolve, but I really appreciate that they followed through and sent me a replacement glass.
Microless continues to be one of the best PC component suppliers in the Middle East, and I'm glad to see they have someone on their team who puts customers first and personally ensures issues are resolved.
I'd like to personally thank Areej, the Microless representative, for going above and beyond in helping me resolve the ticket. He sent me regular updates and demonstrated outstanding communication, professionalism, and genuine care throughout the process. His support made all the difference, and it’s clear that Microless values its customers.
That level of service goes a long way, and I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.

"scam?"
Bought a component online, they cancelled and refunded it (minus postage and processing) the day before it was supposed to be delivered. Never contacted me about it and their customer service never replied to me.
Edit: I don’t think it was out of stock. It still, to this day, says they have it in stock

I bought a gaming PC from them almost top of the line specs 7950x3d, 4080 super, 2+1 TB SSD, 6ghz ddr5 ram 32 gb, so on and so forth.
After quite a long time I received the PC and the CPU was faulty and the PC would just keep restarting.
I RMA'd and shipped it back and the process was ridiculous. I got a call from the courier for pick up and saw that the shipment was CPU and for 400grams only, while NO ONE informed me from Microless that I had to remove my CPU and not to ship the whole PC back to them, nor did they ask me I knew how to remove or how to package it. I asked to the courier to comeback the next day and with no help from Microless I removed it and packaged it however I could and sent it to them. They messaged me how to pack it after I had already shipped it which was funny.
Now it has been 5 days since they received it and after calling for 5 days trying to get an update so far NO ONE has been able to tell me what happened or by when I will have a CPU back.
Tried to give a bad review on their website but it is not appearing, only 5 star reviews are there, I assume that is fake.
WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND REGRET USING THEM

"Sold me a faulty Ledger wallet"
Sold me a faulty Ledger wallet. I sent it back but they claim nothing was wrong with it. I didn’t have time to deal with them as I urgently needed to secure my crypto. Now I have 5 digits worth of crypto stuck in this broken hardware wallet giving me a battery error message. Do not ever purchase from this company just look at the other reviews. Absolutely appalling.

I have bought 2 Google home devices from them, but the devices are faulty, I have now been trying to get them to sort this out for more than 2 months with no luck. These devices were not cheap and if you include the import taxes I have lost a good amout of cash. Avoid doing business with this company at all cost!

do not purchase from uae.microless.com web site they will cheat you after paying the actual amount. I purchased 2 nos of hisense washing machine @ Rial Omani 143.583 per pcs shipping cargo they gave me 2 option to select 1 ie (DHL & AGS) i selected AGS shipping charges delivery charges to Oman R.o 8.384 + import fee 14.358 so total i paid from my card for 2 nos R.O 309.908 they have clearly mentioned in the page that (this is the final amount for the shipping cost and all the custom duties and taxes. No additional payment will be required upon receiving the shipment, after paying the full amount R.O 309.908. The next day i got an email from the customer support (Qusai Shaya) saying that AGS and Bestline is restricted by the traded and industry and AGS can not ship the item by land, so now microless is telling me that we will ship the item by air DHL so you need to pay extra amount of R.O 457.60 for air cargo DHL. This is the way microless will cheat and they will block the amount what has been paid through card. So many times I made a phone call but no response and email also no response.
