My wife & I have returned to live in UK after 23 years of living in Spain. We had an offer accepted to purchase , as cash buyers, an empty apartment in Saint Albans. The agents were NOT Cassidy & Tate. One would have thought that this would have been a fairly simple and quick transaction ! After waiting more than 7 months for completion we decided enough was enough and withdrew our offer.
We then made an offer for another empty apartment, as cash buyers, this time the Agents being Cassidy & Tate.
