Good balanced pre-marketing advice, really impressive marketing material, handled viewing (sold to first one!) well,professional approach to negotiation, well managed progression to exchange. I have since sold a property in another part of the country and I actually rang C&T for informal advice as I was so unimpressed by the local agents there! I have bought and sold a few properties and C&T stand head and shoulders above any other agent I have used.
