Brilliant service only use 3 month sim contract because my fibre line not connect on my landline for 2 month as it was openreach department now all sort happy with silux mobile for me 3 month contract sim I give them 5 ⭐️

"Awkward device rentals, not purchases."
No price hikes mid contract, however you have send the router back at the end or purchase it (just because others have poor business practice doesn't it mean you should too). People are leaving suppliers due to their unfair money making tactics, terms and conditions and hidden costs, unfortunately this company isn't one of the good ones either.
Also cannot remove the sim card from the device or you lose the warranty ( on their device which you rent and pay for).
As customer service didn't resolve my query of changing the password of the device and name of the device (as it's secured by a password that you are not given). This service is awkward and just adding another unnecessary middleman to a service, implementing conditions where conditions aren't needed wanted or necessary.

To address your response:
"Wanting everything for free": This is a mischaracterization. I agreed to pay for the broadband package, which included the router. My concern was the lack of transparency regarding the router's ownership after the contract period. This should be clearly advertised as a "rental" package to avoid misunderstandings.
"Demands": I made no demands. I inquired about options and stated that I would consider alternatives (leaving) if the terms didn't meet my needs. This is standard consumer behavior, not a demand for free services.
Router Cost: Your calculation of £454.00 over 24 months doesn't reflect the actual cost of the router, which is readily available online for £249.00 (new). This misrepresentation of costs further highlights the lack of transparency in your business practices.
SIM Card Restrictions: Restricting the use of the SIM card to your provided device is unreasonable. As the paying customer, I should have the freedom to use the SIM card in any compatible device, especially since this could potentially protect your equipment from damage.
Overall Experience: My one-day experience was enough to identify several issues, including unclear terms, restrictive practices, and a lack of customer-centricity. Your defensive and accusatory response further confirms my decision to discontinue the service.
I stand by my original review. It reflects my genuine experience and concerns as a consumer. I hope this feedback helps you improve your service and communication for future customers.
Also, nowhere in the product descriptions or advertising does it indicate that its a rented device not a purchased deceives. Screen shots are included in my google reviews. Checking upon your website and the contract details which the links don't work ( so unable to access and read), it states nowhere that the devices is a rented device. Them problem isnt that i wanted something for free, the problem is you haven't advertised the product correctly.

I'm still going to give 5 stars based on the overall experience, however there were a few minor teething issues I faced. No issues with speed of delivery and quality of packing, and a beautiful looking router. Instructions very basic and missed out an important part which is the router management web address and password. I contacted live chat who assisted me with these details. I wanted to alter my WiFi name to what I'd used previously, however the Silux system added _5g to the end which meant my devices could not pick up their old SSID, so I had to reconnect everything which has taken me around 5 hours to do so. I found the 5g and 2.4ghz on one channel useful, however I could not set up the guest network at all, but I did speak to a lovely lady who said that she would arrange for the technical department to send me these via email. I have eventually managed to get all my devices connected and this being a one time job, although time taking is the reason why I have decided not to deduct a star because the overall customer service was exceptional, the speed is brilliant and you certainly can't fault the price. A few minor changes Silux in relation to the instructions and maybe having an app, and you're certainly onto a huge winner as a Broadband provider.
