"Fast and stable"

After almost a year using Lebara SIM + cellphone hotspot as my home broadband, I decided to use Silux Premium Broadband with THREE network. It made a tremendous change for my home broadband experience! Fast and stable enough for us (music and movie streaming, WFH vidoe-call meetings, no online gaming). 1 star is deducted because Wifi signal from the router is not strong enough to cover all the corners of my small apartment.

"Scammers raised my unlimited sim only…"

Scammers raised my unlimited sim only data that I had only for 2 weeks ! Raised it by £4.50 a month. Over the amount allowed to raise per inflation rate.

Deceitful company will be making complaints to ombudsman for unfair rising.

"Steer very clear of this company"

Moving to a place with no internet so I went for an o2 Silux box on a 12 month contract. I knew I had a line of sight to two 5G masts 1000 meters away. I tested with an EE phone and got 105/30 which was fine, but I didn't have an o2 sim to test.
Delayed move took me over the 14 day return but on arrival the Silux box was all but useless. Gave it 12 hours to settle, still totally useless.
Emailed the cancellation email address on the web site, no reply for days so I phoned, no answer. Phoned again today and they seemed confused about the email address I had used. It's on their site!
To cancel the contract after 14 days they want 80% of the contract value, but gave me a 30% discount. Still cost me over £250 to get out of Silux.
Starlink is now installed with 180/35. Lesson learned.
Never again with Silux though, totally unprofessional and no thought about customer experience.

"Very Good Value For Money"

So after a bad experience with speed and reliability from Fibre to the Cabinet Broadband provider I decided to change over to a service delivered by a Cellular Network. I purchased my own Router and initially took a SIM only service from a virtual network provider that uses the Three network. The set up worked reliably with decent up and down speeds. I began to notice that Silux were offering exactly the same service but for nearly 25% cheaper than my provider so taking the service from Silux was a no brainer. I ordered my SIM only deal and the SIM card arrived a few days later and works just as well as the sevice from my previous provider. I found Silux's portal basic but it is simple to navigate and does the job without frills. I had to contact Silux by email to have the Three voicemail deactivated (my router has a phone socket for a telephone) and they promptly arranged the deactivation. The nice thing about Silux's plans is that you can choose which network you wish to use. Thanks for providing these good value services.

"Performance in a poor signal area"

It was with some trepidation I tried Silux the very fair price appeared too good to be true plus I am in a poor reception area for any cell service. After grilling one of the helpful staff I was satisfied it was not a scam. (l am not used to not being overcharged). 5G is non existent here and 4G is at best one bar so my expectations were low, I expected slow speed and drop out of signal. To my pleasure and surprise I had neither, the broadband is solid, worst speed is 35Mbps best speed 124Mbps general speed around 60 to 85Mbps. Coming from an ADSL service of 4.2Mbps this was a revelation! enabling me to do much more with my connection. I was also finally free from BT's 'nice little earner' of a standing line charge.
In summary an excellent service at a fair price. Thankyou Silux I wish you well.
