"Couldn’t be happier"

Couldn’t be happier, almost pain free, no long waiting around, appointment time arranged in advance and picked up every appointment and driven back to hotel. Professional and really attentive to customer and a quality service at an affordable price. Some places cheaper but definitely not the same quality as sevil. I know 4 other people who went with sevil and this was my reason for choosing them.

"4 new front crowns "

Went to Sevil Smile in Didim as I was holidaying there anyway .
My problem was my front crown that I had fitted 5 years ago in a different dentist in Poland kept falling out and my 3 other front teeth crowns were chipped ,I was quoted over £1200 for just the one tooth in the UK so thought I would try Sevil Smile and so glad I did .
From getting picked up from the hotel by the friendliest driver ,then being greeted like you are the most important person there by reception to the cutting edge scanning and then on to the dentist ,in the UK they tried to say I would need a new post etc for my crown I mentioned this to the sevil smile dentist after they removed my old caps ,she reassured me that the foundations were fine (so only do work necessary) fitted temps in same day and over the course of 4 days check my teeth then on the 5 day fitted new crowns and cleaned and whitened the rest of my teeth .
I absolutely love my new teeth, brilliant service and best staff, throughly recommend Sevil Smile and will not hesitate to go there again or recommend to family and friends JUST THE BEST and thank you to them all at sevil smile

Selected Sevil Smile because my 2 daughters had their veneers there 5 years ago and 2 years ago. They have never had any problems. I went to the Didim clinic and all the way through the staff the dentists even the taxi driver were so helpful and friendly and professional. So.. where do I start?!?! From the initial Sevil liaison in the UK, to the pre Antalya arrival, and then through my whole 1st week of treatment for my life changing 1st phase smile - it has been all of the above! 🤩
The Antalya team & multi-disciplinary service is outstanding, inc. state-of-the-art technology, quality dentists, surgeons & nurses. The vibe at Sevil is welcoming & relaxing; offering free-flowing complimentary protein shakes (which are a must after post-op surgery) & the best coffees. Such an integrated planning model, inc. taxi pick-ups.
Meeting other clients like me through your journey is so key as this reassures & aids to share treatment advice.
My treatment was very intensive compared to some, as I needed initial intensive dental clean treatment, then the same day my 2.5 hr surgery: sinus lift, bone grafting, extractions & implants. Then kept teeth shaved down ready for future crowns & then temp fixed denture fittings… but all with no mega pain at all!!! 😃😃 Always care & consideration.
I want to say a massive THANKYOU to my amazing dentist Ozge, her team of nurses & not forgetting Tubbe Sares my coordinator, the receptionists & the cafe girls. 🤗 I would not have done it without you all, as well as other clients who have become my support.

Since arriving in Istanbul I have completed a hair transplant as well as receiving my wonderful new teeth from SevilSmile.
I’m not sure I will get through Passport control after my transformation, so I may see you around.
Like any relatively substantive decision there is a psychological hurdle to overcome, and I was apprehensive about undergoing a dental makeover.
However, my experience at SevilSmile in Istanbul was thoroughly positive. I genuinely found every member of staff professional, friendly, enthusiastic and engaged.
I can’t name everyone, but I would especially like to thank my dentist Dt Enes Turan, for being so dedicated to achieving the result I aspired to. He has great listening skills as well as professional ability and gave clear explanations at every stage. That, combined with a friendly approach at all times.
As you read this and wonder whether to take the plunge, I can only say that my experience was first class. An experience that puts every UK dentist I have ever had in my life to shame.
Turkish people are so welcoming and polite and I feel privileged to have received my treatment here 🇹🇷

"£6200 and still not happy ! "

I have had my teeth done August 2022. Cost £5100. Bottoms 4 weren’t right so asked for them to look at them April 2023. They filed them down and a top front central tooth as it was more forward than the other. Still not happy July 2024. I went again and had X-ray which confirmed the front 4 bottom weren’t right and needed replacing £1200 more. I decided to have the top 4 done also as they weren’t straight. They are now even less straight and clumpy on the back. I messaged Seville direct and showed her my photos and her reply was sorry this is the best I can do. I am Sheena-Disney on instagram and happy to send photos for anyone if it helps. I am now going else where to spend more money to correct this cheap , poor work.
