Many thanks to Ekin at the Marylebone shop for the wonderful customer care she gave me earlier this week. She was really helpful, charming and went to a lot of effort to clarify the price of one of the items. Ekin clearly values customers and it was a pleasure to be served by her.

As a consigner, I’m feeling extremely concerned about the legitimacy of this business. An item (& possibly more) of mine was sold months ago and I haven’t received payment yet, despite having made contact on multiple occasions. Initially I was told that a “wave of Covid swept through the office” and have subsequently been told that the sales team works from home and have no phone contact details. I’ll be pursuing this if I don’t receive both my statement and my remaining items by the end of this week.
