"Brought several of the Diamond mist…"

Brought several of the Diamond mist bars, and I wish I hadn't. Disgusting cheap chemical taste with each flavour. Some keep activated and burn the coil when your not even using it. I wouldn't buy these again even if they were half price.

"Wrong order delivered along with data breach"

I have been a loyal customer of this business for sometime but my last order placed 26/02/23 have not turned up. A package half the size to what I was expecting did turn up in super quick time as I normally expect as the delivery time is usually exceptional. However, I opened this package a couple of days later to find somebody’s else order and personal details.
I tried calling the number on the website many times and never got an answer. I left messages but nobody has ever replied. The message service in account does not work due to a Captcha error and my emails have not had any response yet but I have just sent another.
I personally paid to send on the items I did receive to the correct purchaser and I have been in contact with that person who says he previously had an issue with the business not delivering and also struggled to make contact.
So, despite claiming on the website to have exceptional customer service I would argue that it is actually very poor.
A shame really as up to this order I would have recommended this business as fantastic. The ironic thing is that I used £6 of loyalty points to contribute to this £40 order, lol 😂

Update, business has now contacted me and inform me they will rectify everything. This is much more like it and more like the excellent service I have come to expect from them.

I have used Diamond mist online since 2020 and used their Toonz 6mg since I started vaping in 2017. Only once have I had a delivery problem, which was resolved very quickly. I won't use anyone else now. Thanks for the great service

Ordered a bottle of nic salt eliquid, energy drink flavour and by far I have never tasted something this bad, smokes fine but it tastes like pure chemicals. Very very disappointed and will never ever buy one of there products again, thank god I only bought one to try.

Elf bars last me a couple of days, this diamond mist one lasted me 1 day and I was using another disposable vape at the same time.
It also taste like crap.
Don't waste your money.

Worst disposable vapes known to man. Bought 2 and one wouldn't work, went and exchanged it and that one worked. Both of them lasted about an hour tops. And the 2nd one kept vaping and getting hot every when your not sucking on it. Stay well away from these vapes. Absolutely crap quality, crap service and dangerous to say the very least.

"The vanilla custard has changed :("

The vanilla custard 12mg has gone from a nice dark thick juice to a really pale watery liquid with half the flavour.. This was my go to flavour but it's burning my coils out so quickly I'm forced to use V Juice.. Reply if you change it back to how it used to be as it used to be great..

"Terrible"

They arrived super fast which was great. However they have no taste, I ordered cola, rainbow candy, bubblegum, Parma violet, tutti fruity and watermelon. Of these 6 only 2 of them actually have a decent taste which is the cola and bubblegum. The Parma violet and rainbow candy have no taste at all. The tutti fruity and watermelon taste nothing like they should. Won’t be buying again
