I had a great experience when I walked in. I was warmly greeted and showed around the entire store. The young lady who walked me around was very knowledgeable and pointed out some good deals on used shelving that were going fast. I would definitely go back.

Everything was great, had everything I needed for my store. The only friction I had was with the sales manager Mario when trying to return some hooks. I had to call back 3 times after being put on hold twice for over 10 minutes. He thing asked if I purchased the hooks from Mike or him. I replied I purchased them from Dawson Jones. He would not take back all the hooks, I had already pre-hung some on the grid wall I purchased and had thrown out the original boxes out. So this now made them "used hooks" and Mario doesn't buy used hooks anymore.. I returned 3 unopened boxes for a full refund. It was after there 7 day return policy and I was not charged a restocking fee and was happy about that considering I drove almost 2 hours each time to get to the store. Mike was great though and so were the staff that loaded everything in my truck.
